When it is educational material, you are not allowed to profit from this material in any shape or form.

3. ArtinSound.net never involuntarily collects User's personal information when the website is visited. User provides personal information via newsletter's subscription or via premium audio's request. Once this is done, user agrees that personal information provided through the website may be disclosed to others for the purpose of responding to user's request.

License Agreements

When you purchase music from ArtinSound.net you have two licensing options for your audio tracks.

1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE: This license is for your own usage. You may use the audio track for your personal projects only. You are not allowed to sell, modify or distribute this material.

2. PUBLIC USE LICENSE: This license is valid in perpetuity for any region on earth. When you buy an audio track benefited with this license you can use the audio any time you need on any project you desire (excluding templates).

At this moment, all the audio tracks available at our MUSIC STORE are licensed with the PERSONAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you wish to acquire the PUBLIC USE LICENSE AGREEMENT for any of our audios, please let us know at info@artinsound.net
